摘要：食物浪费是全球关注的重大现实问题。自2019年新冠肺炎疫情的突袭与蔓延让世界各国食物浪费形势变得更为严峻，部分国家出现粮食危机。为制止食物浪费、推动食物节约，制定或出台规范性文件成为联合国、欧盟及诸多国家的共同选择。针对我国食物节约相关立法原则分散、责任追究及综合治理机制缺位、规范层级低的现状，本文尝试对域外食物节约相关立法进行规范梳理与比较研究，以期在规制主体、规制客体、规制过程、规制模式
