《义乌市社会工作岗位设置办法(试行)》对社会工作岗位设置范围规定为:1.党政机关、人民团体、事业单位。党政机关、人民团体要按照“一单位一社工”比例设置,配备具有社会工作专业学历或社会工作者职业水平证书的工作人员。率先在民政、人力社保、卫生、教育、司法、工会、共青团、妇联、残联等部门设置社会工作岗位。今后民政事业单位原则上以社会工作岗位为主体专业技术岗位,民政系统社会福利院、救助、军休所、养老等事业单
