毕业设计是总结在校期间的学习成果、学习过程中最后的一个重要环节。门式刚架轻型钢结构厂房适用于建造跨度大、承载较轻的结构当中,同时门式钢架具有结构简洁、归纳度良好、受力合理、使用空间大及施工方便等特点,并便于工厂化、商品化的制品生产,与轻型围护材料相配套的轻型钢结构框架体系广泛应用在建筑结构中。轻型钢结构的工程造价比混凝土结构及其他结构均低甚多,并且自重轻,成为大跨度、空间大建筑的首选结构。从美观角度考虑,轻型材料与彩色油漆结合应用,美化效果明显。综合考虑到使用、经济、美观等诸方面因素,门式刚架结构厂房在未来工业建筑发展中将被广泛使用。本工程为某起重机械厂车间,建筑面积为5000m2,内设两台吨位为10吨的吊车,工艺要求最大跨度达27m,另有大约为600m2局部二层的附属结构。

The project is a lifting plant workshop with a building area of 5000m2. There are two cranes with a tonnage of 10 tons. The maximum span of the process is 27m. There is an additional sub-structure of about 600m2 partial two stories.
