女性参政与男女平等是相互联系、相互促进的其是男女平等的重要体现,是现代文明社会中法律赋予每一个女性公民的基本权利,也是全体妇女分享一个国家政治权利的基本前提或依据。权力领域是否有女性参与、妇女以何种方式参与以及参与的程度已成为实现妇女基本人权和自身发展的重要保证,成为衡量男女社会地位平等的重要标志。社会的发展需要妇女在政治和社会生活中参与和行使权力,妇女的发展也迫切要求有与其相适应的权力参与。新中国成立以来,我国的女性参政一直处于不断的变化与发展中,如何进一步改善女性参政状况是一个亟待探讨的问题。男女享有平等参政权是实现其他领域男女平等和促进社会均衡发展的客观需要,也是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要原则。
Women’s participation in politics and equality between men and women are interrelated and mutually reinforcing. It is an important manifestation of equality between men and women. It is a basic right granted to every female citizen by law in modern civilized society and a basic precondition or basis for all women to share the political rights of a country. The extent to which women participate in the area of power and the extent to which women participate and participate has become an important guarantee for the realization of women’s basic human rights and their own development and serves as an important measure of the equality of men and women in their social status. The development of society requires the participation and exercise of power by women in political and social life. The development of women also urgently requires the participation of those with appropriate powers. Since the founding of New China, women’s participation in politics in our country has been constantly changing and developing. How to further improve women’s participation in politics is an urgent issue to be discussed. The equal right to political participation of men and women is an objective need to realize equality between men and women in other fields and to promote the balanced development of society. It is also an important principle for building a harmonious socialist society.
