本文通过对比试验法对32名体校学生进行了为期12个月的试验研究,结果表明跳深是发展少年篮球运动员弹跳力较好的训练手段。采用相对较多的训练组数,结合相对较少的每组训练次数对提高青少年成绩有明显作用。
In this paper, a comparative study of 32 school-based students conducted a 12-month experimental study, the results show that diving is the development of juvenile basketball players better bounce force training methods. Using a relatively large number of training sets, combined with a relatively small number of training sessions, has a significant effect on adolescent performance.
