高校担负着为我国经济社会发展培养高素质人才的重任,高校图书馆是高校的文献信息中心,高校图书馆工作是高校教学和科学研究工作的重要组成部分。高校图书馆是高校高素质人才培养的有机构成要素,同时,高校图书馆也是高素质专门人才的聚集地。本文意在探讨高校图书馆适应新时期形式的变化,转变传统管理模式,切实落实人本管理,充分调动高校图书馆人员队伍的工作积极性与主动性,实现提高高校图书馆运行效率、更好的服务读者服务高效人才培养工作全局的有效路径。
Colleges and universities bear the heavy responsibility for cultivating high-quality talents for our country’s economic and social development. The university library is a university literature and information center. University library work is an important part of teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities.
