研制一种用于低碳钢钎焊的高强度铜基钎料,试验确定了钎料的成分为Cu-33Mn-8Ni-5Sn-1Zn-0.2Si-0.1La,并对其钎焊工艺性能、接头组织及力学性能进行了研究。结果表明,该钎料冶金特性优异,界面结合致密,焊后表面光滑。性能测试表明,此钎料具有良好的铺展性、填缝性,钎焊接头强度高,并且熔点相对较低,可以用于碳钢钎焊。
A kind of high-strength copper based brazing filler metal for brazing low carbon steel was developed. The composition of the brazing filler metal was Cu-33Mn-8Ni-5Sn-1Zn-0.2Si-0.1La. The brazing process, Joint organization and mechanical properties were studied. The results show that the solder has excellent metallurgical properties, compact interface and smooth surface after welding. Performance tests show that the brazing filler metal has good spreadability, sealability, high strength brazing joints, and a relatively low melting point, which can be used for brazing carbon steel.
