为保证准高速交流传动客运电力机车制动停车过程中的舒适性,在既有电力机车的空气制动、再生制动控制模式的基础上,通过计算公式确定了机车再生制动力计算关系、再生制动力变化速率、DBI信号(空电互锁信号)释放时机车速度等重要参数,并利用推导的计算公式对机车全制动停车进行制动力实例计算。结果表明本文提出的控制逻辑完全可以实现机车停车过程中再生制动和空气制动柔性转换,有效提高乘坐舒适性。
In order to ensure the comfort of the quasi-high-speed AC drive passenger electric locomotive during the braking and stopping process, based on the existing air-braking and regenerative braking modes of the electric locomotive, the calculation formula of the locomotive regenerative braking force is determined and the regeneration Braking force variation rate, DBI signal (empty electric interlock signal) when the release of the speed of the vehicle and other important parameters, and the use of the formula to calculate the brake on the locomotive full brake parking brake instance calculation.
