利用粒子的热分布理论 ,推导了铥晶体的吸收系数和铥激光器阈值与温度的关系 ;利用自行研制的掺铥激光器测量了铥晶体的吸收系数随温度的变化 ,实验结果和理论值符合得很好 ;测量了在不同温度下自行研制的铥激光器的输入输出特性 ,得到了不同温度下激光器的阈值。理论和实验结果都表明引起铥激光器高阈值的主要原因是温度引起的激光下能级的热分布粒子
Based on the theory of thermal distribution of particles, the relationship between the absorption coefficient of 铥 crystal and the threshold of 铥 laser and the temperature dependence were deduced. The absorption coefficient of 铥 crystal was measured by using self-developed laser. The experimental results agree well with the theoretical values Good; measured at different temperatures developed 铥 laser input and output characteristics of the laser at different temperatures have been the threshold. Both theoretical and experimental results show that the main reason for the high threshold of 铥 laser is the temperature-induced heat distribution at laser level
