文章从我国校企合作中存在的问题着手,对校企合作中政府、企业、学校的利益共同点——培养高素质技术技能型人才进行分析,引进现代学徒制以解决校企合作难题。现代学徒制可以激发学生学习的兴趣、提高人才培养的质量以及给予企业一定话语权。而我国推行现代学徒制的路还很漫长,对现代学徒制的建立提出一些建议:加强制度保障,给予充足经费以及改变传统观念,以期对现代学徒制的发展有所裨益。
The article starts with the problems existing in the cooperation between universities and enterprises in our country, and analyzes the common interests of government, enterprises and schools in the cooperation between colleges and enterprises - to train qualified talents with high skills and skills and introduce modern apprenticeship system to solve the problems of cooperation between colleges and enterprises. Modern apprenticeship can stimulate student interest in learning, improve the quality of personnel training and give businesses a certain voice. However, the road to modern apprenticeship in our country is still long, and some suggestions are put forward to the establishment of modern apprenticeship system: strengthening system security, giving adequate funding and changing traditional concepts in the hope of benefiting the development of modern apprenticeship system.
