目的探讨CK19和甲状腺过氧化物酶(TPO)在甲状腺癌和良性甲状腺病变中的表达情况,以提高甲状腺癌的诊断和鉴别诊断水平。方法应用SP免疫组织化学法检测了62例甲状腺癌(30例典型乳头状癌、22例滤泡型乳头状癌和10例滤泡型癌)和44例良性甲状腺病变(22例结节性甲状腺肿、14例甲状腺腺瘤和8例桥本氏甲状腺炎)中CK19和TPO的表达。结果CK19在甲状腺癌中表达率为96.8%,在良性甲状腺病变中极少表达或小灶性弱表达,表达率为4.5%,两者有显著性差异(P<0.01);TPO在良性甲状腺病变中的表达率为100%,在甲状腺癌中极少表达或小灶性表达,表达率为3.2%,两者有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论CK19和TPO在甲状腺癌的病理诊断和鉴别诊断中具有重要意义和临床实用价值。
Objective To investigate the expression of CK19 and thyroid peroxidase (TPO) in thyroid carcinoma and benign thyroid lesions in order to improve the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of thyroid cancer. Methods 62 cases of thyroid cancer (30 cases of typical papillary carcinoma, 22 cases of follicular papillary carcinoma and 10 cases of follicular carcinoma) and 44 cases of benign thyroid lesions (22 cases of nodular thyroid gland Swollen, 14 cases of thyroid adenoma and 8 cases of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis) in CK19 and TPO expression. Results The positive expression rate of CK19 in thyroid cancer was 96.8%, little or weakly expressed in benign thyroid lesions, the expression rate of which was 4.5% (P <0.01). The expression of CK19 in benign thyroid lesions The expression rate was 100%. There was little or no focal expression in thyroid carcinoma with the expression rate of 3.2%. There was a significant difference between the two (P <0.01). Conclusions CK19 and TPO are of great significance and clinical value in the pathological diagnosis and differential diagnosis of thyroid carcinoma.
