目的探讨围手术期综合护理对接受微等离子治疗的瘢痕患者的护理效果。方法选取158例瘢痕患者,采用微等离子束进行治疗,并给予围手术期综合护理。观察术后创面脱痂情况和并发

目的探讨围手术期综合护理对接受微等离子治疗的瘢痕患者的护理效果。方法选取158例瘢痕患者,采用微等离子束进行治疗,并给予围手术期综合护理。观察术后创面脱痂情况和并发症发生情况,采用温哥华瘢痕评分量化表（VSS）对瘢痕疗效进行评估,采用医院自制满意度调查表对患者进行满意度调查。结果 158例瘢痕患者经微等离子技术治疗和护理,术后10~14 d创面脱痂。经6个月~2 a随访观察,瘢痕色泽、柔软性及平整度均明显改善。满意度调查结果：满意126例,较满意16例,一般16例,无不满意患者,总满意度为89.87%（1
