企业要生存,求发展,关键在于企业要练好内功尽快建立行之有效的企业创新激励教育机制,强化对职工的潜能开发。从激励的目的、来源研究分析入手,认为企业在进行激励机制设计时,应以人力资源当期评估价值为基础确定企业用于人力资源激励的量,同时还要考虑社会平均人力资源价格水平。由于人类需求的层次性、动态性以及个体需求的复杂性、特殊性,要求激励方式应多样化,激励机制应能随着组织的变化和人员变动而相应调整。
Enterprises to survive and development, the key lies in business as soon as possible to establish effective internal mechanism to encourage effective business innovation incentive education mechanism to strengthen the development potential of workers. Starting with the research and analysis of the motivation and source, the author thinks that enterprises should determine the amount of motivation for the enterprise based on the current assessment value of the human resources while considering the average price of human resources in the society. Due to the hierarchy and dynamics of human needs and the complexity and particularity of individual needs, the incentive modes should be diversified, and the incentive mechanism should be adjusted accordingly as the organization changes and personnel changes.
