2 6例肾癌经肾动脉行数字减影 (DSA)血管造影 ,根据肿瘤大小、部位、供肿瘤动脉 ,给予灌注化疗药物 ,再用明胶海绵或无水乙醇栓塞。栓塞后 2～ 7天内行患肾切除手术。术中出血少、肾周围有明显水肿带 ,易剥离切除 ,减少术中种植转移。
Twenty-six patients with renal cell carcinoma underwent digital subtraction (DSA) angiography through the renal artery. According to the tumor size and location, the tumor artery was infused with chemotherapeutic drugs and then embolized with gelatin sponge or absolute ethanol. Nephrectomy is performed within 2 to 7 days after embolization. Less bleeding, obvious edema around the kidney zone, easy to peel resection, reduce surgical metastasis.
