张方1969年毕业于天津大学土木建筑工程系。历任天津市建材工业设计院副院长、天津市建材建设工程公司副经理、天津市建材局副总工程师、天津市墙体材料革新与建筑节能办公室常务副主任、天津市建材集团副总经理、天津市建材业协会副会长兼技术委员会主任。国务院特殊津贴专家、正高级工程师、国家一级注册建筑师。著有《实用建筑施工手册》《村镇建筑结构设计》《实用建筑设计手册》《建筑施工技术手册》等。
Zhang Fang graduated from Tianjin University in 1969, Civil Engineering Department. Former vice president of Tianjin Building Materials Industry Design Institute, deputy construction manager of Tianjin Building Materials Engineering Company, deputy chief engineer of Tianjin Building Materials Bureau, executive vice director of wall materials innovation and building energy conservation office in Tianjin, deputy general manager of Tianjin Building Materials Group, Tianjin Building Materials Industry Association vice president and director of the Technical Committee. State Council special allowance expert, is a senior engineer, a national registered architect. Author of “practical construction manual” “village building structure design” “practical architectural design manual” “construction technology manual” and so on.
