2011年西安世界园艺博览会是继北京奥运会、上海世博会后在我国举办的又一国际盛会,是建国以来西北地区举办的规格最高、规模最大的世界性展会。作为最高级别的专业性国际博览会,国际园艺花卉行业组织——国际园艺者协会(AIPH)批准举办的国际性园艺展会,世界园艺博览会旨在促进世界各国经济、文化、科学技术的交流与发展,展示世界花卉植物、园艺以及绿色环保生态领域的新成就。2011年是“十二五”开局之年,在这个重要的历史发展期,世园会的举办将极大推动西安市、关中一天水经济区乃至整个西北地区的经济发展和社会进步。西安也一定能够以举办世园盛会为重要契机,全面提高城市建设管理水平。
Xi’an World Horticultural Exposition 2011 is another international event held in our country after the Beijing Olympic Games and the Shanghai World Expo. It is the largest and largest international exhibition held in northwest China since the founding of the People’s Republic of China. As the highest-level professional international exposition, the international horticultural exhibition approved by AIPH, the international horticultural flower industry organization, aims to promote the exchange and development of economy, culture, science and technology all over the world, Showcasing new achievements in the world of flower plants, horticulture and green eco-ecology. 2011 is the first year of the 12th Five-Year Plan. At this important historical stage of development, the hosting of the Horticultural Exposition will greatly promote the economic development and social progress in Xi’an City, the Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone and even the entire northwestern region. Xi’an will certainly be able to host the World Park event as an important opportunity to comprehensively improve the management of urban construction.
