随着城乡经济社会的发展,以及农村工业化、城市非农业化向农村扩散,农村经济社会所固有的封闭性必然会逐步改变。因此农村土地流转具有重要的现实意义。本文从民族地区土地承包经营权的特殊意义出发,对民族地区农地流转的现状进行了分析,并以法律制度为切入点,对土地承包经营权流转政策、法律制度以及其他影响因素对民族地区农地流转中出现的问题进行了深刻剖析,并在此基础上提出了相关的对策建议,以期对民族地区农地流转的法制化进程提供参考。

Therefore, rural land transfer has important practical significance. Based on the special significance of land contractual management right in minority areas, this paper analyzes the current situation of farmland transfer in minority areas, and takes the legal system as an entry point, and analyzes the policy of circulation of land contractual management right, legal system and other influencing factors to ethnic minority areas The problems occurred in the circulation of farmland have been deeply analyzed, and on the basis of this, some relevant countermeasures and suggestions have been put forward in order to provide reference for the legalization of farmland transfer in ethnic minority areas.
