提出了一种基于期刊影响因子(IF)值来反映不同学科间或不同研究领域的期刊水平的评价方法,减小由于学科分布不均、研究领域不同等因素造成的单纯应用IF值直观评估科研水平造成的偏差,同时为今后如何通过论文这一科研成果的表现形式客观、科学地评估学科、研究团体及个人的科研水平提供一种研究思路。
A new evaluation method based on journal IFs to reflect the level of journals in different disciplines or in different fields is proposed to reduce the direct application of IF values to the level of scientific research due to the uneven distribution of disciplines and the different fields of study It also provides a research idea for the future how to objectively and scientifically evaluate the scientific research level of disciplines, research groups and individuals through the presentation of the dissertation as a scientific research achievement.
