在改革进入攻坚阶段,发展处于关键时期,稳定经受新的考验的今天,党中央发出《关于加强和改进思想政治工作的若干意见》中强调“要认真做好老年人特别是退(离)休人员的思想教育工作”。正确认识并加强退(离)休人员的思想政治工作,便成为有关领导和退管部门等关注的新课题,本文就此进行初步探讨。一、当前退休职工思想政治问题客观存在笔者作为退休职工,生活在退休职工这一社会群体中,深感绝大多数退休职工的思想政治状况是好的和比较好的,但是在这政治风云变幻和改革发展年代,还有不少思想政治问题有待解决,这些问题主要体现在:
