2004年5月全国城市公共交通工作会议闭幕后,优先发展城市公共交通成为共识。2004年12月26日,国内首条快速公交系统在北京开通。天津、重庆等中中型城市近年来纷纷出台措施,将大力发展快速公交系统。快速公交系统成了解决目前城市交通拥堵难题的快捷有效的新途径。本刊特邀城市交通问题的知名专家,能源基金会北京代表处交通项目主管何东全博士和能源基金会可持续能源项目交通咨询专家徐康明,撰写了专稿,就快速公交系统的发展问题作了精彩论述。
After the conclusion of the national urban public transport work conference in May 2004, it is a consensus to prioritize urban public transport.
