在北京市教育局提出的“学校教育整体优化”思想指导下,我县以学习市教科所指导的“小学生全面发展教育实验”的经验为基础,结合本县的具体实际,进行了“农村小学生全面发展教育实验”,对在农村条件下的小学整体改革,从理论和实践的结合上作了一些探索。 一 课题的提出 小学教育是基础教育。基础教育的主要任务是:促进学生德、智、体、美、劳全面发展,使每个学生受到的教育与他们的发展相适应,与社会的需要相适应。
