1982年全国地方中、小铝厂、氟化盐厂社会主义劳动竞赛评比会议于1983年5月16日～21日在焦作铝厂召开。参加会议的有全国地方中、小铝厂,氟化盐厂,贵阳、沈阳铝镁设计研究院等39个单位,共55人。中国有色金属工业总公司生产部代表,河南省冶金建材厅李世平付厅长,焦作市鲁文忠付市长,经委万世元付主任。市冶金局刘清海局长出席了会议。会议传达了全国有色金属工作会议精神,学习了中央领导同志有关发展有色金属工业的指示,全体代表对指示精神进行了认真座谈讨论。与会同志一致认为,有色金属工业总公司的成立是国务院对我国
In 1982, among the localities in China, the conference on the assessment of the socialist labor competitions for small aluminum plants and fluoride salt plants was held in Jiaozuo Aluminum Plant from May 16 to May 21, 1983. Participants at the meeting included 39 units including 39 small units, small salt plants, fluoride salt plants, Guiyang and Shenyang Al-Mg Design Institute, with a total of 55 persons. Representative of Production Department of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Corporation, Li Shiping, Director of Metallurgical Building Materials Department of Henan Province, Mayor Lu Wenzhong of Jiaozuo City, and Director of World Affairs Organization, Mr.Wu Shih-yuan. Municipal Bureau of Metals Liu Qinghai Secretary attended the meeting. The meeting conveyed the spirit of the national non-ferrous metal working conference, learned the instructions of the central leading comrades on the development of non-ferrous metal industry, and all the representatives held serious discussions on the directive spirit.
