取用地理景观、宿主、媒介、病原体四方面指标,以数值分类方法,将中国鼠疫自然疫源地分为11类20型。首次制得中国疫源地分类树图。发现构成各类型疫源地的地理景观类型、宿主和媒介的种属、病原体的遗传性状(类型)有相应匹配的规律性。
Taking the four aspects of geographical landscape, host, media and pathogen, the natural foci of plague in China were divided into 11 types and 20 types by numerical classification. For the first time made Chinese classification of foci tree map. It is found that the types of geography, the species of host and vector, and the genetic traits (types) of pathogens that constitute various types of foci have corresponding laws of matching.
