为切实减轻农民负担，建立规范的农村税费制度，党中央、国务院决定进行农村税费改革，这是建国以来我国农村继土地改革和实行家庭承包经营之后的又一重大改革。今年，首先在安徽进行全省范围的试点，现将安徽省农村税费改革的主要内容、征收办法介绍如下。
In order to effectively reduce the peasants’ burden and establish a standardized system of rural taxes and fees, the Central Party Committee and the State Council decided to carry out tax and fee reforms in rural areas. This is yet another major reform in China’s rural areas since the founding of the PRC after land reform and the implementation of family contract-management. This year, the first pilot project in Anhui Province is conducted across the province.
