随着煤炭生产迅速发展,所需的配件不但求数量多,而且求质量好,大模数齿轮必须进行齿部淬火。我厂自行设计制造了一台数显自动化中频淬火机床,为推广中频淬火新工艺,实现大模数齿轮自动顺序淬火,创造了条件。经过三个月的试生产考核,机床性能稳定,效果良好,实现了自动淬火,解决了我厂大模数齿轮淬火质量问题。现将该机床的结构、性能、效果和技术条件等简要情况介绍如下。
With the rapid development of coal production, not only the number of parts needed to seek more, but also for good quality, large modulus gear teeth must be quenched. I plant a self-designed and manufactured a digital automatic quenching machine IF, to promote the IF quenching new technology to achieve automatic large-modulus gear quenching, and created the conditions. After three months of trial production test, machine tool performance is stable, the effect is good, to achieve automatic quenching, to solve the large modulus gear quenching quality problems in our plant. Now the machine’s structure, performance, effects and technical conditions and other briefings are as follows.
