目的:建立脉复康颗粒中肉桂酸的含量测定方法,为脉复康颗粒质量标准研究提供科学依据。方法:采用高效液相色谱法分子并测定了中药脉复康颗粒中肉桂酸的含量。色谱条件:Diamnosil C18柱,以乙腈-0.4%磷酸(30∶70)为流动相;检测波长为277 nm。结果:此方法线性良好,平均加样回收率为99.4%。结论:本方法精密度高,分离度良好,可用于中药脉复康颗粒中肉桂酸的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of cinnamic acid in Maifukang Granules and provide scientific basis for the research on the quality standard of Maifukang Granules. Methods: The content of cinnamic acid in the Chinese medicine Maifukang Granules was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Chromatographic conditions: Diamnosil C18 column with acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid (30:70) as mobile phase; detection wavelength at 277 nm. Results: The method was linear and the average recovery was 99.4%. Conclusion: The method has high precision and good resolution and can be used for the determination of cinnamic acid in the Chinese medicine Maifukang granules.
