栖霞县有11个镇,13个乡,948个行政村,68万人。有妇幼保健工作人员81人,其中医师13人,医士55人,妇幼保健员13人,女乡医753人,有妇幼保健室629个。自1986年,我县妇幼保健站发扬改革精神,认真搞好试点,积极解决新形势下出现的新问题,实行了疾病防治、妇幼保健、计划生育工作“三结合”,从而进一步建立健全了三级妇幼保健网,落实了责、权、利紧密结合的岗位责任制,解决了女乡医的报酬问
