脉冲噪声不同宽度对听觉损伤程度的影响

以豚鼠为对象,观察了由同一声源产生的、峰值声压级为160dB、发数10发、宽度分别为50ms、100ms、200ms和400ms的脉冲噪声对听觉损伤程度的影响。结果表明,听力损失随着脉宽的增加而加重,各组间的差异非常显著或显著。耳蜗毛细胞的缺失率和缺失范围也随脉宽的增加而增大。建议修订有关脉冲噪声安全标准时应考虑100ms以上脉宽的作用。
