企业人力资源管理战略跟随企业战略制定,服务于企业战略,因此就要求企业的人力资源战略必须能积极响应变化,甚至提前部署。未来的人力资源管理将会很大程度上需要借力信息技术。第一,减轻事务性繁杂工作;第二,通过流程、数据、信息的有效管理分析,增强人力资源管理对战略的贡献价值。本研究的理论意义在于对人力资源管理信息化理论与实践的探讨特别是对云系统的研究将充实人力资源管理理论,有助于人们增强对人力资源管理信息化的认识;实践意义在于研究成果可以为企业人力资源管理信息化提供相关的理论指导以及运作策略,对于指导企业人力资源管理信息化的实践具有重要参考价值。
