抗热裂性是铸钢轧辊的重要性能之一。本文给出了根据轧辊热裂机理分析提出的评价抗热裂性判据: 1)材料高温压缩屈服强度和常温拉伸屈服强度是抗热裂纹形成能力的判据。 2)旋转弯曲疲劳强度是抗裂纹扩展能力的判据。用低NicrMo铸钢制成的试样,经热处理得到两种组织,分别进行了冷热疲劳、高温硬度.旋转弯曲疲劳和断裂韧性试验。证明了判据的可靠性。用该钢种制成的轧辊在轧机上实际使用结果也证明该判据可靠。
Crack resistance is one of the most important properties of cast steel rolls. In this paper, the criteria for evaluating the thermal cracking resistance are given according to the analysis of the thermal cracking mechanism of the roll: 1) The compressive yield strength at room temperature and tensile yield strength at room temperature are the criteria for the formation of hot crack resistance. 2) Rotational bending fatigue strength is the criterion for crack propagation resistance. Samples made of low NicrMo cast steel were heat treated to obtain two kinds of microstructures, respectively hot and cold fatigue, high temperature hardness, rotational bending fatigue and fracture toughness tests. Prove the reliability of the criterion. The results of the actual use of the rolls made of this steel grade on the rolling mill also prove that the criterion is reliable.
