China in the 21st century will be an irreversible and aging society, which has become a common concern in our society and one of China’s basic national conditions. In this long historical process, the judiciary has the sacred duty of safeguarding the rights of the elderly and faces many new challenges. People’s courts should take appropriate countermeasures so as to strengthen the trial function of seniors’ rights defense so that judicial services involving seniors
