目的 了解电焊作业工人对锰的吸收情况。方法 对海口市各工厂108名电焊工人和未接触的公司职员66名作对照组做职业中毒检查和测定尿锰含量。结果 电焊工尿锰浓度(均值=7.19μg/L)高于对照组(均值=2.98μg/L),超标率(8.33%)对照组有显著性差异,接触组头疼、头昏、失眠、多汗、多梦、健忘等自觉症状阳性率与对照组差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论 电焊工尿锰水平比较高,且神经衰弱综合症等早期损害的症状阳性率也高,提示为了防止中毒,除了改善作业环境,定期体捡,加强个人防护外,电焊工更应养成良好的个人卫生习惯。
Objective To understand the absorption of manganese workers in welding operations. Methods A total of 108 welding workers and 66 unskilled employees in each factory of Haikou city were used as a control group for occupational poisoning and urinary manganese levels.
