社会主义核心价值观是对社会主义核心价值体系更高层次的凝炼表达,对于最大限度的凝聚共识,形成社会发展的强大精神动力作用重大。在如何凝炼表达社会主义核心价值观中长期以来存在着层次共通说和别类异质说两种不同的争论。十八大报告从三个层次阐述了社会主义核心价值观,既体现了国家社会发展的根本价值诉求,又积极关注公民道德生活的价值规范,科学地解决了长期以来关于如何凝炼社会主义核心价值观的争议,是马克思主义道德价值学说的最新理论成果。
The core values of socialism are a condensed expression of the socialist core value system at a higher level, which plays a significant role in maximizing consensus and forming a powerful spiritual driver of social development. There have long been two different kinds of arguments about how to condense and express the core values of socialism in terms of level commonness and non-class heterogeneity. The 18th CPC National Congress elaborated the core values of socialism from three levels, embodying the fundamental value aspirations of the country’s social development and paying close attention to the values and norms of citizens’ moral life, and scientifically solved the long-standing issue of how to condense the socialist core values The controversy is the latest theoretical result of the Marxist theory of moral values.
