目的提高医院的管理质量,降低新生儿在医院的感染。方法通过对新生儿病房的现场调查及抽样检测,对基层医院新生儿科做客观评价,找出存在的问题,提出解决对策。结果感染预防控制工作薄弱,消毒剂、物体表面合格率为100.0%和84.0%,室内空气合格率64.0%,医务人员手合格率70.0%,诸多环节存在隐患。结论病房的合理设置以及严格的消毒管理是减少新生儿医院感染的有效措施。
Objective To improve the quality of hospital management and reduce neonatal infection in hospitals. Methods Through the field investigation and sampling of neonatal wards, objective evaluation was made on neonatology in primary hospitals to find out the existing problems and put forward solutions. Results The infection prevention and control work was weak. The passing rates of disinfectants and objects on the surface were 100.0% and 84.0%. The passing rate of indoor air was 64.0% and the passing rate of medical staff was 70.0%. There were hidden dangers in many aspects. Conclusion The rational establishment of wards and strict disinfection management are effective measures to reduce neonatal nosocomial infections.
