目的探讨输卵管结扎后体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)治疗发生输卵管妊娠的原因。方法回顾性分析本中心5例输卵管结扎后IVF-ET治疗并发输卵管妊娠临床资料和治疗情况。结果1例患者因大出血开腹,行患侧输卵管切除术;另4例均行腹腔镜手术,3例做输卵管妊娠病灶清除术,1例切除输卵管,病理均证实异位妊娠,5例术后痊愈出院。结论输卵管结扎后患者行IVF-ET治疗,要注意发生宫外孕风险,防范严重并发症发生。
Objective To investigate the causes of tubal pregnancy after in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET) after tubal ligation. Methods The clinical data and treatment of IVF-ET for tubal pregnancy complicated by tubal ligation in our center were analyzed retrospectively. Results One patient underwent open surgery due to massive hemorrhage. The other 4 patients underwent laparoscopic surgery, 3 patients underwent tubal pregnancy removal, 1 had tubal resection, pathology confirmed ectopic pregnancy, and 5 patients underwent surgery Healed and discharged. Conclusions After IVF-ET treatment, tubal ligation should pay attention to the risk of ectopic pregnancy and prevent serious complications.
