在我国企业改革过程中,科斯产权理论形成一定的影响,特别在私人产权保护以及现代企业制度的构建这两个方面产生的影响非常深刻。但是我国相关部门对产权开展改革的过程中,不可以全部照抄改理论。文章主要对科斯产权理论的基本特点及其具有的借鉴意义开展详细的研究,旨在促进我国经济的发展。
In the process of enterprise reform in our country, the theory of property rights in Kos has a certain impact, especially in the protection of private property and the construction of the modern enterprise system. These two aspects have a profound impact. However, the relevant departments in our country can not copy all the theories when carrying out the reform of property rights. The article mainly carries out a detailed research on the basic characteristics of Coase Property Theory and its significance for reference to promote China’s economic development.
