[目的]收集三门核电厂运行前毗邻区域环境中的γ辐射剂量监测数据,确定环境本底水平及短期变化和长期变化趋势,以及评价对当地居民的影响,为居民健康评估、应急事件的应对提供参考,为放射环境管理提供科学依据。[方法]参照相关国家标准,制定三门核电厂宁波毗邻区域地表γ外照射剂量率水平监测技术方案,选取与三门湾核电厂相邻的宁波市N县7个乡镇的13个自然村、X县2个乡镇的6个自然村作为监测点,用热释光累积剂量法监测地表γ辐射剂量,一年4次,每次3个月。监测时段为2011年7月—2013年6月24个月。[结果]对二年监测周期中每12个月4次数据按原野和室内分别进行单因素方差分析,第1个监测周期,原野:F=0.452,P=0.716,室内:F=0.442,P=0.723。第2个监测周期,原野:F=0.345,P=0.793,室内:F=0.261,P=0.853。表明无论是室内还是原野的地表γ辐射水平均无明显季节性差异。该地区人均年有效剂量为0.87 mSv。[结论]三门核电厂宁波毗邻区域地表γ外照射剂量率在正常水平,本次调查为该核电厂宁波毗邻区域地表γ外照射剂量率建立了核电厂运行前的本底数据。
[Objective] The research aimed to collect the monitoring data of γ-radiation dose in the adjacent area before operation of Sanmen NPP, determine the environmental background, short-term change and long-term change trend, and evaluate the impact on the local residents for residents’ health assessment, emergency response Provide a reference to respond to provide a scientific basis for radioactive environmental management. [Method] With reference to the relevant national standards, the technical scheme for monitoring the γ radiation dose rate on the surface of the adjacent area of Sanmen NPP in Ningbo was formulated. Thirteen natural villages in 7 townships of N counties of Ningbo City adjacent to Sanmen Bay NPP were selected and X Six natural villages in 2 townships of counties were used as monitoring sites to monitor the surface gamma radiation dose with the method of cumulative dose of pyro-luminescence, three times a year for three months. The monitoring period is July 2011 - June 2013 24 months. [Results] One-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) was performed on wilderness and indoor for four times every 12 months in the two-year monitoring period. The first monitoring cycle was field: F = 0.452, P = 0.716, indoor: F = 0.442, P = 0.723. The second monitoring cycle, field: F = 0.345, P = 0.793, indoors: F = 0.261, P = 0.853. Indicating that there is no obvious seasonal difference in the surface gamma radiation level in both indoor and field. The annual per capita effective dose in the area is 0.87 mSv. [Conclusion] The γ radiation dose rate of the surface adjacent to Sanmen NPP in Ningbo is at a normal level. This investigation establishes the background data before the operation of NPP for the γ dose rate of the earth surface in the adjacent area of Ningbo NPP.
