在平炉生产能力不断提高,而注锭吊车配合不上的情况下,采用地浇机是妥善解决吊车能力不足的有效措施。目前,全国各炼钢车间均已广泛地采用了地浇机设备。其结构型式比较多,归纳起来有固定式及活动式两大类。固定式现已被淘汰,而活动式的则又有多种。鞍山钢铁公司第一、三炼钢厂的地浇机是属于活动式的低轨回转式,第二炼钢厂是属于高轨回转式。图1即为第三炼钢厂275吨低轨回转式地浇机总图,图2为第二炼钢厂140吨高轨回转式地浇机总图。 (1)地浇机的构造: 地浇机是一种代替铸锭吊车进行浇铸钢锭的设备。按照浇铸钢锭的要求,为了使钢罐的水口对准钢锭模或中心铸管,正常情况是铸锭吊车吊着钢水罐来完成下列三个动作:(1)纵向移动;(2)横向移动;(3)升降。这三种动作有时可通过钢锭模车移动或钢锭模的排列整齐以及配置适当来解决,这是在采用固定式地浇设备——铸锭架的时候,但这给操作带来很多困难和不便。而活动式地浇机具备了纵向和横向运动的两种机构(即作纵向运动的走行机构和横向运动的旋转机构),就比较妥善地解决了固定式铸锭架所存在的问题。

The movable type pouring machine possesses two kinds of mechanisms of vertical and horizontal movements (that is, the vertical movement of the travel mechanism and the horizontal movement of the rotating mechanism), which properly solves the problems of the fixed ingot frame.
