本文介绍了为使腭裂修复术后患者达到良好的腭咽闭合，恢复满意的语音效果，而进行的手术方法的几点改进：①充分游离腭大血管神经束；②剪断腭腱膜的同时向上剪断鼻腔侧壁的粘骨膜瓣至鼻腔顶；③对完全性单侧腭裂用健例算中隔的粘骨膜瓣封闭硬腭部的裂隙，使软腭得以充分后退。
