结果 HLA-A基因的A*02∶01(P=0.002 9,OR=2.18,95%CI:1.32~3.59)和A*33∶01(P=0.0270,OR=26.74,95%CI:3.25~219.7)位点在HCV RNA阳性献血者中的频率与健康对照人群比较差异有统计学意义。结论在浙江献血人群中HCV感染与HLA-A基因中部分多态性位点有相关性。
Objective To investigate the relationship between hepatitis C virus infection and human leukocyte antigen A gene in blood donors in Zhejiang province. Methods From October 2011 to October 2013, 45 blood donors from Zhejiang Blood Center were enrolled, and 45 blood samples were screened for HCV RNA by blood nucleic acid screening. A allele of HLA-I gene was detected by gene sequencing method, and 8 333 healthy controls were used as control samples. Results A * 02:01 (P = 0.002 9, OR = 2.18, 95% CI: 1.32-3.59) and A * 33:01 (P = 0.0270, OR = 26.74, 95% CI: 219.7) loci in HCV RNA-positive donors were statistically different from healthy controls. Conclusion HCV infection in Zhejiang blood donors is associated with some polymorphic loci in HLA-A gene.
