由Gleeble热塑性试验及Varestraint热裂试验可以看出,与通常的303不锈钢相比,303SuperX不锈钢具有优良的焊接性。由Delong图计算所得的铁素体数量(FN)处于1.2~5.5值域。FN在这一值域的变化对该种高锰易切削不锈钢的抗热裂性无可见影响。在303SuperX钢中C/Si比率增大将明显地增强其热裂倾向。金相试验表明,303SuperX的焊缝热影响区的液相偏析属于隔离的晶界偏析类型。
As can be seen from the Gleeble thermoplastic test and the Varestraint thermal cracking test, the 303SuperX stainless steel has excellent weldability compared to the conventional 303 stainless steel. The ferrite number (FN) calculated from the Delong plot is in the 1.2-5.5 range. Changes in FN at this value range have no visible effect on the thermal cracking resistance of this high manganese free cutting stainless steel. The increase of C / Si ratio in 303SuperX steel will obviously enhance its hot cracking tendency. Metallographic tests show that the liquid phase segregation of 303SuperX heat-affected zone is segregated grain boundary segregation type.
