服务业比重的提升,是需求因素和效率因素共同作用的结果,是经济发展过程中产业结构演化的必然趋势。服务业比重提高后,虽然暂时降低了经济增速,但有利于增加就业,保护环境,提升经济发展质量,并将为我国经济结构升级和增长方式转变创造战略机遇。当前,应着重发展生产性服务业,在新形势下实现经济增长的可持续性。
The increase of the proportion of service industry is the result of the combination of demand factor and efficiency factor, which is the inevitable trend of the industrial structure evolution in the process of economic development. The increase in the proportion of the service sector will temporarily reduce the economic growth, but will help to increase employment, protect the environment and improve the quality of economic development, and will create strategic opportunities for the upgrading of China’s economic structure and changes in the pattern of growth. At present, we should focus on the development of producer services and ensure the sustainability of economic growth under the new situation.
