该书由复旦大学、云南大学、厦门大学、武汉大学等校教师编写,卢焕章主编,是全国综合大学管理教育协作组的协作教材。全书根据我国经济体制改革、科技教育发展需要进行编写,首次提出“系统、信息、管理”是现代人类活动的三根支柱,并以此贯穿全书,对现代管理中一系列的基本问题(如管理含义,现代管理特点,模型的构思,信息、公共关系、系统的分析、评价、试验、决策等)作出了科学的回答。本书将于1988年4月由云南教育出版社出版。
