摘要目的对比环形双槽天线与单极天线获得的消融区球体的近似度。方法活体实验研究方案经动物伦理委员会批准并符合动物保护和使用指南。离体牛肝用双槽天线、单极天线分别采用50 W及100 W微波消融2、5、10 min产生消融区域。应用双槽天线、单极天线采用100 W微波于活猪肝内分别消融5 min,并在操作过程中行影像学检查。在大体病理中测量消融区域直径、长度并计算直径/长度比值,采用配对t检验对比不同功率和消融时间组合所产生的消融
Abstract Objective To compare the approximation of the ablation zone sphere obtained from a monopole antenna with a ring antenna. Methods Live experimental protocols were approved by the Animal Ethics Committee and comply with guidelines for animal protection and use. In vitro bovine liver with dual-slot antenna, monopole antenna using 50 W and 100 W microwave ablation 2,5,10 min ablation area. The dual-slot antenna was used. The monopole antenna was ablated by 100 W microwave in live pig liver for 5 min, and imaging was performed during the operation. The diameter and length of the ablation zone were measured in gross pathology and the diameter / length ratio was calculated.
