中华文化的尚“通”精神“中国传统文化的精神”是一个历久常新的课题。近年来,关于这一问题的讨论在学术界又掀起一个小高潮。人们谈得较多的是“天人合一”。在这一命题之下,人们对传统文化的精神阐发了许多精辟的见解。不过我认为,用“天人合一”的命题来概括传统文化的基本精神,似不如用尚“通”来概括更进一步。用尚“通”来概括传统文化的基本精神,可以明确涵盖人与自然,人与人两个维度的关系,对中国文化的种种现象做出较为宏观综合的说明。

To summarize the basic spirit of traditional culture with Shang “Tong ” can clearly cover the relationship between human beings and nature and between people and people, and make a more macroscopic and comprehensive explanation of the phenomena of Chinese culture.
