接到《出版广角》约稿信时,恰好我正在杜撰辽宁教育出版社2001年的广告词。这实际上是一个企业续写未来的“主题词”,故而重视有加。思来想去,才算有了一句“非我”的口号:“新世纪,让我们在WTO的模式下思考!”为什么这样说呢?因为在新的一年里,我们面临的头等大事就是加入世贸组织,而它的实质是接受一套新的“游戏规则”。规则的变化自然带来思维模式的变化,所以我们也自然要在WTO的背景下“畅想”。实言之,世贸的规则真的有些好玩儿,也真的不易玩儿好。因为这新的玩儿法可能为中国改革开放带来最大的一“放”,况且规则又是那样的复杂化、国际化、多元
