针对国内外对技术进步定量研究的局限性,本文回顾了技术进步前沿经验研究文献,总结出技术进步的测量方法主要包括劳动生产率、全要素生产率、R&D的投入等。而对技术进步问题的研究,主要集中于技术进步的不同偏向性,从而其对企业收入分配不同的影响。当然,如何有效剥离并精确测度技术进步,仍然是前沿文献研究的重点和难点。
In view of the limitations of the quantitative research on technological progress at home and abroad, this paper reviews the literature on the frontier experiences of technological progress and concludes that the measurement methods of technological progress mainly include labor productivity, total factor productivity and R & D investment. However, the research on the problem of technological progress mainly focuses on the different biases of technological progress, so that it has different impacts on the distribution of corporate income. Of course, how to effectively strip and accurately measure the progress of technology is still the focus and difficulty in frontier literature research.
