在全球国际化的背景和中国高校面临向应用技术型大学转型的政策下,各大高校面临迫切的人才转型方案。本文从柳州所处的经济地带出发,分别从学生的专业技能培养、课程设置特点、课程开设、双师型师资队伍的建设、教学方法、教材建设、学科测试的多元化等方面提出了独立学院转型中的课程体系优化与实践措施,为独立学院的成功转型提出了指导性的建设性意见。
Under the background of global internationalization and the policy that colleges and universities in China are facing the transition to an applied technology university, colleges and universities are faced with an urgent program of talent transformation. Starting from the economic zone where Liuzhou is located, this paper presents the independent college from aspects of students’ professional skills training, the characteristics of curriculum setup, the establishment of courses, the construction of double-qualified teachers, teaching methods, teaching material construction and the diversification of subject testing. The curriculum system optimization and practical measures in the process of transformation provide guidance and constructive suggestions for the successful transition of independent colleges.
