珩磨机在缸管内表面精密加工是不可或缺的装备,珩磨机的性能决定了相应缸管的加工精度、生产效率和成本。以西安某机械公司的珩磨机控制系统升级改造为例,提出一种基于PLC的珩磨机控制系统方案。该系统通过升级改造后,提高了系统的灵活性,运行稳定可靠,符合生产要求。
Honing machine in the cylinder surface precision machining is an indispensable equipment, honing machine performance determines the appropriate cylinder processing accuracy, production efficiency and cost. Taking a honing machine control system of a certain machinery company in Xi’an as an example, this paper proposes a scheme of honing machine control system based on PLC. The system through the upgrading of improved system flexibility, stable and reliable operation, in line with production requirements.
