目的 为查明琼山市某校学生发生集体仑物中毒情况。方法 采用流行病学调查,结合临床表现和实验室检验予以确诊。结果 此次中毒人数为73人,其中男性38人,女性35人,各年级均有病例,主要集中在四(3)班,最大年龄12岁,最小年龄7岁。潜伏期最短15min,最长2h。在剩余食物沙河粉及患者肛拭子中检出蜡样芽胞杆菌。临床表现为恶心、呕吐及胃肠不适等症状。学校小卖部及河沙粉加工点卫生条件极差。结论 因蜡样牙胞杆菌污染沙河粉是引起此次学生集体中毒的直接原因。
Purpose To identify a student in a school in Qiongshan City, a collective Lun poisoning situation. Methods Epidemiological survey, combined with clinical manifestations and laboratory tests to be diagnosed. Results The number of poisonings was 73, of which 38 were males and 35 were females. There were cases in all grades, mainly in four (3) classes, with the maximum age of 12 years and the youngest of 7 years. The shortest incubation period 15min, the longest 2h. Bacillus cereus was detected in the remaining food Shahefen and patients anal swab. Clinical manifestations of nausea, vomiting and gastrointestinal discomfort and other symptoms. School canteens and sand powder processing point poor health conditions. Conclusion Bacterial contamination of Shahe powder with Corynebacterium glutamicum is the direct cause of the collective poisoning.
